Fitness & Nutrition
Health, fitness and nutrition are important pillars of our Body, Mind & Soul treatment philosophy.
You will have a consultation session with one of our therapists before you arrive, so that we can learn about your needs and start to plan your treatment.
Basic
Our basic 4-week program focuses on building up your mental, emotional and physical resilience, helping you sever your dependence on substances.
Extended
If needed, an extended 8-12 week program allows more time for deeper work on conditions such as trauma, anxiety and other underlying issues.
Custom
Sometimes, with deeply entrenched addiction or with more extensive trauma, additional time is helpful to work through more complex issues.
